As your insurance intermediary, it is essential for us to collect personal information in order to provide the products and services that best meet your needs. - to assess for your ongoing needs and offer products and services to meet those needs;
- for evaluation and analysis of claims;
- for fraud detection and prevention;
- for compliance with applicable law and other audit, security or regulatory requirements; and
- other purposes disclosed in our terms of business or disclosed to you at the time of collection, use or disclosure.
From time to time, we may also de-identify personal information so that we may use that information for our business purposes in a way that does not identify you. For example, we may combine your personal information with other individuals to prepare claims and coverage statistics and perform benchmarking analysis so that we can conduct analysis on our business to better serve you.
It is important that any personal information maintained by us is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Having accurate information about you allows us to provide you with the best possible service and we encourage you to promptly inform us of any changes to your personal information.

We will ensure that our privacy policy remains current with applicable laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act at all times. In the event of any amendment to our privacy policy, a notice will be posted within this page and communicated to you. If you continue to use our services following such amendment, you will be deemed to have acknowledged and consented to the terms of the updated privacy policy.
Your Choice
At any time, and with reasonable notice, your implied consent to our use of your personal information may be withdrawn, in writing, to our Privacy Officer or to anyone of our principal owners. It should be noted however, that the withdrawal of your consent will prevent us from providing you with the requested insurance services.
We will occasionally use your personal information to inform you of new or different products that become available in the insurance industry. If you do not wish to receive this information, you may ask us not to use it.
